A PROPER FITTING BRA IS BEST FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR BREASTS
Huge populations of women are wearing the wrong bra! Because every woman is unique we must give consideration to factors such as body shape, breast size, tissue type, height, weight, daily activities, work environment and other important health concerns when choosing a bra.
The most healthful bra is one that has been properly fit to your particular body and breast tissue type. It will combine comfort, support and elegant styling to give you a garment that makes you feel your best while directing your breast tissue properly for good circulation of important body fluids like your blood and lymph.
Trillions of cells must communicate well with one another and work together for optimal health. Unwanted compression from an improper fitting bra over a period of time can cause fluid flow to slow down and interfere with cell to cell communication. It’s very important to understand that these trillions of cells make up the body’s tissues…tissues combine to make organs and organs combine to make organ systems. It’s these systems that control and coordinate the expression of health in our bodies.
WEAK BODY STRUCTURE LEADS TO ILL-HEALTH
Many things effect how well our bodies are able to support itself. You probably know that diet, exercise, rest, lifestyle/activity choices contribute, but did you know that your thoughts, type of work you do and even exposure to unclean air/water all have an impact on your structure and posture?
Poor functioning posture muscles with negative stress can cause a slow forward and downward collapse. This weak posture affects the spine and other bones, the muscles and the nerve network. It inhibits the body’s energy and waste removal systems and the body’s breathing mechanism. Weak structural support is a very serious problem.
GRAVITY, POSTURE & BREAST TISSUE
The force of gravity never ceases, and the pull is strong, but we have adapted so we hardly notice it.
Because gravity’s force is constant, our good health depends upon proper spinal alignment. WHY? The body is designed to handle a specific amount of stress at every level. The lowest part of the back depends on a good structure of the mid-back and the mid-back depends on a well positioned head and neck. If posture and alignment are off, over time, problems will emerge. Examples are: body discomfort, muscle pain, nerve pain, numbness, weakness, osteoarthritis, poor circulation, poor lymphatic drainage, poor oxygenation of the body, etc…
Breast tissue has no muscle of its own; it relies upon the proper functioning of muscles and ligaments of the chest and back for support. Because gravity is never-ending the need to wear a properly fitted bra while giving attention to and performing exercises for good posture will positively effect the health of the breasts and body.*
* Note: Not every woman requires a bra. Women who have great health, excellent posture and strong, centered body cores may opt not to wear a bra.
POSITIVE ENERGY & WEIGHT
Toxins are a normal by-product of all cellular functions. The circulatory and lymphatic systems, known as the immune pathways, work together to remove and deliver toxins to be excreted from the body. Compression from improper fitting bras and other wardrobe items can act to trap toxins, and accumulation of them will lead to health problems.
Trapped toxins cause a sluggish and stagnant internal environment over time. When the body functions, slowly we hold onto waste which leads to lower energy and excess body weight. Not all women that are “overweight” are overfat!!! Not all women are tired because of lack of sleep!!! Many individuals carry excess toxins and fluids when blood and lymph flow are interrupted.
Breast tissue that’s well directed and properly supported can enhance your energy level and assist your weight maintenance system by not interfering with the immune system.
